The Fix — Pixel Audit + GTM Event Rebuild
We rebuilt the conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager. The new setup fires a Lead event on Meta only when:
- The enquiry form is submitted (not opened, not clicked — submitted)
- A valid phone number (10 digits) is present in the form
- The thank-you confirmation page loads successfully

When we pulled the Search Terms Report — which shows what people actually typed before seeing the ad — over half the impressions were from searches with zero purchase intent. The Fix — Match Type + 40+ Negatives in Week 1

Never Trust Dashboard CPL Without Verifying the Pixel
Before optimizing any EV campaign — before changing creatives, targeting, budget — verify that your Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking are firing on the correct event.
